Let’s be honest: it can be hard to find the motivation to sharpen our hand tools. It’s time we finally get to it, and we think sharpening is more fun with friends! On Wednesday, April 9th we’ll be hanging out and sharpening our tools at the shop, and you’re welcome to join us. Bring your tools, bring your stones, and get ready to sharpen.

This is not a class, and we will not be offering instruction. However, we will have some sharpening books around for reference and we’re happy to swap some tips and tricks. Additionally, Makeville has a couple sets of water stones and honing guides that we’re happy to share.
