Shop Monitor - Part time

We are looking for someone to work Saturdays, 9:30am to 6pm.

You have: Basic woodworking experience with knowledge of machine safety. A friendly, outgoing personality to engage with shop members. Google systems experience, gmail and docs, and we will train you on our other systems.

More details:

• Safety - Enforce safety rules, monitor tool usage, conduct safety checks, report hazards, and ensure adherence to all protocols.

• Member Assistance - Help members troubleshoot problems, provide guidance on woodworking techniques, and offer customer service.

• Shop Operations - Open and close the shop, minor tool maintenance, and oversee daily administrative tasks.

• Maintenance - Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient; perform basic upkeep; and coordinate materials.
