Availability
The fund provides up to $500 of free or discounted class registrations per month. Scholarships are awarded based on a random selection from requests received in a given month. The registration cycle starts on the first of the month, and awards become available on the first of the following month.
Awards will be given in the form a discount/coupon code, which you can apply when registering for a class through the website. Codes can only be applied toward group classes and have an expiration date six months from the date issued.
Eligibility
Use the calculator below to help guide your request for funds. The calculator factors in variables that affect not only income but also wealth and earning potential. It is designed to counteract systemic oppression and provide our most marginalized community members with the most opportunity. This information will not be seen by anyone else.
People who hold marginalized identities (e.g. Black, indigenous, queer, trans, disabled, unhoused) are especially encouraged to request discounted or free class registrations.
