Workshop Certification

Do you have experience with woodworking machines and want to work independently in our community shop? Schedule an appointment to get certified.

This is a test, not a class. You'll need to demonstrate an understanding of safety, operation and basic techniques on any machine you plan to use. This includes table saw, band saw, miter saw, planer, jointer, drill press, routers, router table and various stationary sanders.

Limited certifications are available (eg, if you will only need certain tools for your projects).
