This three-session class is a hands-on introduction to the art of spindle turning on the lathe. We’ll cover lathe setup, operation and safety, carving techniques, and an intro to tool sharpening. Your project will be a tabletop lamp base of solid wood, with cord, socket, switch, and a choice of lamp All materials and safety equipment provided.
