Studio Time - Cancellations & Refunds Policy

To reserve studio time, you must provide a valid credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed reservation, you can do so by contacting us at hello@makeville.com up to 48 hours in advance of the reservation time. You will be refunded fully in the form of Makeville Studio Store credit so you can reschedule your time (or use the credit for classes or other store items.)

While we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate unforseen circumstances, if you do not meet the cancellation/rescheduling requirements above we reserve the right to charge a 25% fee (with the remainder being credited to your credit card).

Makeville Studio reserves the right to cancel studio time reservations. You will be given 48 hrs notice in this case and receive full credit (either to your credit card or as Makeville Studio Store credit, your choice).
